I was born and raised in Marin, and the West Coast has always been home. I’ve worked at high schools and colleges and ground away at tech and startup companies, all while learning to narrow the split between who I am on the outside and who I am within. Reaching out for support can be the most challenging part of the process; but healing ultimately happens in relationship, when we realize our struggles aren’t entirely our own to bear. Calling in who you desire to be—who you really are—can initially be uncomfortable; it’s a journey into unknown territory. I’m here to support you as you take that first step, and to walk with you until you’re ready to forge ahead on your own.

Experience and Education
I have a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Dominican University of California in Marin County. I currently work as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist under private practice supervision, as well as in the Marin County School System.
