Well-being is a collective act; and you may be here either because you can’t find your own way out (or in), or because you’re concerned you don’t have the answers or the resources to fully support a loved one. Either way, know you haven’t failed. We are wired to need each other, and to do this life together.

Nearly 20% of adults and 7% of children in the United States suffer from anxiety and depression, and an estimated 31% of adults will experience one or the other at some point in their lives. These are rather staggering figures. Often, the recourse we have when we’re struggling is to alienate ourselves and try to navigate the landscape alone. Sometimes you need a safe place to land—someone who will reflect the remarkable truth of you, and remind you that who you are is more than enough.
